ABOUT PROJECT

I am gaiane from Armenia, Vanadzor (current city-Erevan).
It is about a year, that I am saving money for starting a guesthouse or a cozy, small hotel business. It is my grandparents’ house in the beautiful town of Tumanyan, Lori.
After their death the house was empty for a while (including a barn, orchards).
In October of 2018 I decided to restore it in vintage style (mixed with modern and traditional styles).
With my salary I could restore only the house floor (kitchen, bathroom) and some parts of walls (kitchen, balcony).
Later I have attached two more projects to the ongoing project, which are presented below.
Now I need some support, otherwise I would need to work about 8-10 years to finish the full project.

TUMANYAN projects consist of 3 parts:

1. Guest house

2. One A-frame house hotel (Glamping)

3. Camping zone

1. The guest house, as I have already mentioned, is still incomplete, it is planned to keep the old style combined with the modern one, in order to create a home atmosphere for all our guests.

2. When my grandparents lived in the house, they had cows, sheep, goats...Those animals had a barn, which is destroyed now, but I decided to build an A-frame house hotel on the site of the barn.
It is a modern triangular house with one, two or more bedrooms, small workplace corner, bathroom/restroom inside and a kitchen corner.

I will design it for 1 or 2 person

3. Camping Zone is on the way to the guest house. It is going to be on the site of the orchard.
The orchard is not well cared for, not yet adapted for camping zone.
The main goal is:


...to contribute to the development and promotion of tourism in Armenia

...to bring our guests to Armenian culture, their roots, also bring them to their careless childhood.

There is less noise,  less cars,  clean air, organic food, most important thing-stress-free space, the Internet-trying to keep the healthy communication!
